Commercial Irrigation Systems

Cherry Lane Design and Horticulture provides commercial irrigation design and installation across the South Coast NSW region. Every system is designed from the ground up with hydraulic calculations, zone layouts, controller programming, and component selection matched to the site and planting. Full design documentation, installation, and system support available for public and commercial projects.

Cherry Lane delivered two smart irrigation systems across two separate sites as part of the post-bushfire community landscape restoration at Cobargo, NSW. Both systems run on evapotranspiration (ET) sensor control, automatically adjusting water delivery to local weather conditions to support sustainable landscapes and water efficiency.

The Commercial Process

Initial Consultation

A site visit and briefing session to understand the project, the site, and your operational requirements. We assess constraints, opportunities, and the commercial outcomes the design needs to deliver.

Proposal & Scope

A written proposal setting out the scope, staged deliverables, fees, and program. Clear scope boundaries from day one with fixed fees per stage.

Design & Documentation

Concept through to final documentation — planting, lighting, materials, irrigation, and 3D visualisation. Each stage delivered for review and approval before progressing to the next.

Installation

Coordinated delivery by Cherry Lane and our trade network, with ongoing maintenance and system support available post-handover.
