THE PROCESS

CONSULT

I will attend your property at no cost to discuss your vision and site requirements. Once an initial overview is obtained, a quote for design services can normally be given during the visit.

CONCEPTS

After taking into account your vision for the property, I will prepare concept boards providing an overall direction and style for your project. This includes suggested materials, finishes, and planting palettes. An initial 3D render will be provided for your feedback to help visualize the final outcome.

REVIEW AND REVISE

On receipt of the initial concepts, I ask that you review and provide feedback. My priority is ensuring the project does not progress until you are completely satisfied with the design direction.

FINAL DELIVERABLES

You will be provided with digital and hard copies of all concepts, renders, planting plans, and master landscape plans. These design-level plans serve as the foundation for your project and can be used to obtain any necessary certifications, approvals, or engineering.

INSTALLATION

Cherry Lane Horticulture can quote the supply and installation of soil work, mulching, plants, outdoor lighting, and irrigation, however there is no obligation to use our services and you are more than welcome to have these elements installed by your own choice of contractor. To ensure structural integrity and compliance, any structural work must be completed by licensed builders.

STRUCTURAL LANDSCAPERS

All structural installations, including walls, stairs, and ramps, must be carried out by fully licensed and insured tradespeople in accordance with current standards.
